I have a newfound affection and respect for Matt Damon. As long as we're talking about him, I must say that he has really done a great job of picking parts that have turned him into a huge moviestar, respected for his dramatic roles to go along with the blockbuster activity. His buddy, Mr. Ben Affleck, has had a somewhat tougher time trying to strike the delicate balance. . . .
Anyway, Matt Damon was on Letterman two nights ago (in midtown New York City), and he strolled right out onto the stage in a Boston Red Sox home jersey and proceeded to needle, insult, and generally tear apart the Yankees for a good five or ten minutes. Go Matt!
